Project Life Week 7

3 posts in one week .. On.A.Roll!!

Today I'm sharing my week 7 layout. Loving the way this years weeks are coming together.

This week I used a second design F page protector from the Becky Higgins PL range. I had a lot of photos to use this week (all mainly of Leila) so I found this was the best way to show them off. I filled the pockets up with a mix of journalling and filler cards from the Seafoam core kit, plus papers from the 12x12 pack. You can see I have used more of Kellie's awesome stamps from the March Best friends set (which is now available for pre order HERE) and a few from the Keen as Mustard set from this months release (also available for pre order HERE as it was so popular Kellie has ordered more)

The Left side: Ive added in a few random things from my stash - AC glitter tape, Paisley press heart sprayed with Color shine, Heidi swap hear stickers, Freckled Fawn speech bubbles and arrows, letter stickers and heart ribbon from Typo, sn@p letter stickers, Maggie Holmes thickers, My Minds Eye word stickers and a polaroid frame from Studio Calico.

GIVE A GIRL A STAMPS used on this side are
Love You, Forever, LOL and You're a dag from the March 'Best Friends' release
Insta moment and Photo op from the Feb 'Keen as Mustard' release.

The Right side: Products used on this side are pretty much the same as the left side plus a yellow ribbon, cherry flair from A Piece of Cake Designs and 'smile' washi tape from KI Memories.

GIVE A GIRL A STAMPS used on this side
Best Friends and Blahblahblah from the March 'Best Friends' Set
Oh Snap! from the Feb 'Keen as Mustard' Set

Today I get to share with you my Week 6 layout!!!

I was super excited about this week as I was given an awesome new stamp set 'Best Friends' to play with that was designed by Kellie over at Give a Girl a blog for her March Release. LOVE LOVE LOVED this set and have a few other projects to share in the coming week/s that I have used them on. They are SUPER versatile, and will become one of my go to sets in the coming months.

I have also used the February release sets 'Keen as mustard' and 'Yesterday'.

Now I present to you...... Week 6
For this week I have used the new My Minds Eye Collectable 6x6 paper pad as the base. LOVE the colours! I had lots of photos to use for the 2nd half of the week so design F page protector worked best for all my instagrams which I printed out 2.5inch square. Ive also used 2 journal cards from the Olive Project Life core kit on the left hand side as the colours tied in well.

Other Products: Word & letter stickers from Sn@p, 'Everyday Life' Flair from A Piece of Cake Designs, Fabric tape from Stationery Love, Pink word stickers from My minds eye, Arrow wood veneer from Freckled Fawn, Paper bag from A Greatest View, silver 'tute or tubble' letters from Spotlight.

Project Life Week 5 (February LPS Colour Challenge)

Today I can finally show you my week 5 Project Life layout YAY!!

I created this weeks layout as part of my very first Design Team assignment for Life.Paper.Scrapbook. It is for the very first Colour Challenge. I am so excited to be able to share it with you now as its been ready for over a week!

This is the image we were all given to guide us. I can't wait to see what the other ladies created :)
I knew exactly what I was going to use to create my layout as soon as the image came through. 5th & Frolic by Dear Lizzy. I think it worked perfectly, and I hope you all love it!

The products from the range I used were the 6x6 paper pad and the printed chipboard shapes which I purchased from Jodie at Polka Dot Creative

The Left hand side. Extras that I have used apart from 5th & frolic collection are: a Journalling card from a Jenni Bowlin Journalling pad, Glitter tape from Typo, pink dymo tape for journalling using my Smash labeller, washi tape from Glitz design, yellow letters from Basic Grey, Documented Stamp from a Studio Calico set and a felt flag banner from Charms Creations.  The quote card was from ??? no idea. I saved it that week on my iPad and can't for the life of me remember where it came from. If anyone knows where its from please let me know so that I can link it up :)

The Right hand side. Extras on this side are pretty much the same as the left side, with a lovely tag from Jodie at Polka Dot Creative, 2 journalling cards from the Olive edition of Project life, stamps from Studio Calico sets, '5' thicker is from Dear Lizzy also. And a layout wouldn't be complete without flair buttons from A Piece of Cake Designs - 2013 & Tuesday. The phone flair is from American Crafts (over a year ago)

So thats my week 5 layout. I hope you liked it.. If you want to join in the fun with this LPS challenge head on over and link up your layout for a chance to win a $20 voucher from this months sponsors Freckled Fawn :)

Project Life 2013 Week 4 and a sneak peek..

Another week Cultivated and Recorded!!

For this week I have used a mix of the Studio Calico Block Party Card Kit & Block Party Project Life kit, plus some random extras from my personal stash.. I had limited 'photos' this week and the colourings of the kits were not something I would have chosen to use normally. Plus it took me longer than normal to put it together as creativity just wasn't flowing smoothly for me this week.. but I think it turned out ok in the end.

Left Hand side.. I knew when I saw the 'Hello' envelope in the SC sneaks, that It HAD to be used as my title card for the week. I used the Dear Lizzy FOX thickers in gold for the '04'. The 'US' cherry flair is from A Piece of Cake Designs and is pointing to the block we are building on later in the year.

The left hand side - not many photos as it was a pretty quiet week with Leila being unwell. I made up for it with screen shots from my phone and iPad of emails, notes and Facebook posts.

I used a circle journalling spot from the SC Project Life kit as a tab for the flip out pocket. I cut it in half and stapled onto the protector and embellished with flower jewels and a star from the card kit.

Flip out pocket reveals Leila's love for her Thomas train track. Shows that these tables are not just for boys :) She loves anything with wheels! Would rather trucks and cars than dolls or barbies.

And now for the sneak peek of Week 5 which is also complete..

Full reveal of this pretty layout will be on Wednesday as part of a brand new Colour Challenge over at Life. Paper. Scrapbook. Cant wait to show you the full layout :)

Until then Get ya craft on!
Shelle xx
